Privacy Statement and Policy Bella Nonna respects your privacy. We will only use your
personal information to support and enhance our relationship with you. We do
not sell your personal information. By using our online shopping service you
understand that your name and address information will be provided to the
necessary companies to allow for the shipping of your order. We are not
responsible for those company’s privacy policies. We strive to protect the
security of your personal data.
Ordering / Shipping In order to better serve you, Bella Nonna offers you the
ability to shop online or contact us to place an order. The majority of our items are shipped via USPS Priority. All orders are
packaged and shipped two times per week, normally within one to four business days of your order. Online orders are shipped to addresses in the U.S. , Canada ,
Australia , New Zealand and
some European countries. Other locations please contact us.
***Please notify Bella Nonna within 30 days of the date of
your invoice if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or
damaged.
Payment Our online shopping cart lets you pay with most major credit cards. Bella
Nonna does not charge service fees. Paper checks and money orders are also
accepted. For personal and company checks, we will process your order as soon
as the funds clear. Contact us if you need to pay by check or money order.

Pricing Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless
otherwise agreed to by Bella Nonna, payment must be made at the time of
purchase. Bella Nonna is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other
errors, in any offer by Bella Nonna. An 8.3% sales tax will be added to all
orders from a Washington
State address.
Merchandise Return Policy Please call 1-509-591-1029 before returning any item, in the
unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Returns must be received within 10 days of the shipping date
of your order. Books and Patterns are not returnable, due to copyright issues. Merchandise may be returned to our shipping department for
credit less a 15% restocking fee and any shipping and handling charges on all
merchandise. On pre-packaged items, there is no re-stocking fee, provided that
the package has not been opened. Also, the customer is responsible for return
shipping costs.
Copyright Copying patterns and/or other Bella Nonna products, even for
personal use, is illegal. Please respect that our creativity is our livelihood
and purchase the pattern if you plan to make our version. The copyright in all
material provided on and through this website (Site) is held by Bella Nonna.
Any unauthorized use of any material contained on or purchased from this Site
may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity,
and communications regulations and statutes. Please contact us if you have any questions – we will be
